Each chakra governs certain areas of our body mind and spirit. With an awareness of your spiritual body and how it operates, you have a chance to put your hands back on the steering wheel of your life. Let’s reclaim our power through a deeper awareness of our spiritual selves and thrive as a collective.

Respect is a must!: On no level is it okay to disrespect those who are in the space. Watch your language! If it isn’t productive then don’t at say it. We are not reacting we are responding.
