Language: Refrain from using words that could be activating for those bereaved by suicide loss such as method of passing. Also avoid using the term “committed suicide” as this is outdated & implies crime / sin
Not Therapy: Whilst some of the room hosts may be therapists / coaches, we are not providing therapy. Many rooms are for grievers to talk and share and learn about grief and the effects of suicide loss.
