1. mentor and prepare law students for career after law school and review their CV (if requested);

2. discuss and share legal industry insights and experience based knowledge;

3. provide law students guidance on contract drafting and negotiations;

4. help entrepreneurs and startups understand and negotiate term sheets with VC investors;

5. help law aspirants prepare for CLAT and other law entrance tests in India;

6. discuss subjects and issues related to intellectual property law and technology law.

7. share internship opportunities and job openings at firms and companies we know internally through friends and network.

Founder: Vivek Kumar

Investment banking lawyer based in Mumbai with more than 8 years of experience in working with top notch law firm and global investment banking company. Vivek secured AIR 126 in CLAT and graduated from NUJS, Kolkata in 2013. He started his career with IP law firm and gradually shifted to M&A, private equity, joint venture and general corporate law before moving to investment banking.
