In Reality, there is no experience, no identity, no differentiation, no desire, no separation, no suffering, no seeking, no strategic action or strategic inaction .
Don't accumulate sequences of self-description which sometimes are coded in the language of insight. Because really they’re just images, just pictures of how you tend to operate. It's fine but don't confuse it to be an understanding.
Questions to ask :
What do I want people to value me for?
What am I in short supply of and which demands should I shift to work on it?
What do my pattern of behaviors tell me about my needs ? How do I react to the world based on those unmet needs?
