No advice or coaching: This space is meant to serve as a place where we can take safe risks of vulnerability. Instead of coaching, keep the spotlight on the speaker and ask questions guiding them back to their experience.
Recorded Sessions: We will be capturing these conversations for podcasts and other promotional material. We will confirm that it’s ok to record you on stage and again should we use the voice anywhere outside here.
