Dream, waking and deep sleep states are unreal. Om of three sounds AUM representing these three states which meditated upload we realise we are the one witnessing these three states our existence is beyond that.
When Hanuman asked lord Rama "how can one attain enlightenment?". Rama tells Mandukya alone is enough. If that doesn't work then he gives list of 108 Upanishads. Why not first give a try to mandukya upanishad 😉.
