The African American Women's Summit (AAWS) is a virtual professional counterspace for Black women student affairs professionals who have participated in the AAWS at any NASPA Annual Conference. The Summit provides an opportunity for Black women in student affairs to network and support one another while centering our personal well-being and professional success.

This group convenes at the NASPA Annual Conference (usually in March) as a full-day, pre-conference workshop.
