Description
This club empowers people to use simple steps to heal complex trauma. 🧠 ❤️ Topics focus on mental health, wellness, generational family trauma, healthy family connections, healthy communication, education, leadership, empowerment, and prophetic academic insights on healing complex trauma. This safe space will also be a place to learn how to voice feelings, emotions, and process and release them one simple step at a time. Of course, there will be time for singing, dancing, and fun! Balance is a key 🔑 to healing! Feel free to co-moderate with me Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 3:30 pm. Any changes will be posted included emergencies.
