Primarily a room for active artists, however all are welcome. We’re here to get a full and long view of how we got here - making “things” ( in the least philosophical sense of the word) that sit inside of history- not just art history- but BIG - “everything” history. Let’s trace what we can know about making — in spacetime!
Respect : Respect includes tolerance for difference as well as engaging in honest disagreement based on verifiable knowledge. We do both here.
Stories are more useful than Opinions : This is a place to share knowledge. We strive to collect and describe long, global histories as artists. Collecting and Describing are central.
Collective Stories Rule: While we respect individuals and singular histories- we are seeking to understand what we’ve learned about civilizations, states and cultures - and the people, scholars, thinkers we have learned from.
