Do you feel at times that your home is more a place of havoc and less of a haven for you and your loved ones?
Then this new club is here for you! As a community, we will share simple ways to bring harmony and balance within yourself, your family and your home.
It is a holistic approach that covers topics about the:
MIND - decluttering, routines, reflecting instead of ruminating, etc.
BODY - real food, safety, living in a clean space, self care, low toxin living, etc.
HEART - belonging, unconditional love, kindness, empathy, joy time, etc.
SOUL - connecting with nature, gratitude, compassion, values, etc.
Join me weekly for an open discussion on a specific topic to do with managing your life and your home in order to create a haven for you and your loved ones.
