Red Summer Holdings (RSH) is a real estate investment and holding company. RSH was founded to engage in the acquisition, management, marketing, and disposition of cash flow positive multi-family properties.

The principals of the RSH bring a significant level of management and transactional abilities, many years of business experience, and real estate investment acumen. Red Summer's acquisitions are leveraged with new funding and are designed to capture maximum value for the owners and principals involved in each acquisition.

Purchasing cash flowing multi-family properties

B & C class neighborhood assets with uncultured value

Acquisition of several buildings and either hold or exit at a premium within the next 5-7 years

Consolidation of the efficient management practices in order to exceed the demands of our partners, investors, residents, and communities
