This space was created to support you in your healing…in community and with community. If you know me you know me, you’ve heard me say Healing Ain’t No Heaux!!!

Healing is messy, non-linear, disastrous at times, isolating and wonderful. Healing isn't a journey but rather a destination. Along my journey I’ve learned that the support of community has contributed greatly in my healing.

I believe in compassion 
I believe that the journey of self discovery is beautiful and bumpy
I believe in that believing in you and your magic is the ultimate superpower
I believe that we all need support along our journeys navigating the current waters and the ones we will eventually sail
