ADHD is greatly misunderstood and underrepresented in the subcontinent. It’s time we changed that with power of community and conversation.
This is a space for anyone from India and the rest of the subcontinent with ADHD to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.
You may be diagnosed, self-diagnosed, suspecting, or the non-ADHD loved one of an ADHD individual. You are welcome. NO gatekeeping.
Members can create rooms to discuss any topics pertinent to ADHD, including co-working or body doubling sessions.
