Let’s Talk: Mental Health on Clubhouse

Let’s Talk Mental Health is a clubhouse room where you can listen to Mental Health Professionals and their guest discuss challenges that every day people experience but may not understand, are often afraid to share or seek help because of the social stigma attached to mental health. This room will always encourage and empower you toward wellness. Some example of broad topics include understanding and mitigating your stress, various types of trauma, addiction, marriage, blended families, caregiving, mental health & the church, depression, complicated grief & loss, healing after divorce, intimate partner violence, and various types of anxiety to name a few. You’ll be able to ask questions or share your experiences with the team. It will be a great place to gain insight and encouragement without the stigma and fear of being ridiculed.
RESPECT: We ask that you be KIND and respectful at all times to others. We also ask that you respect others opinions that may be different from yours.
THINK/THOUGHTFULNESS: Think before you speak as not to cause harm to others. Be thoughtful of others thoughts and feelings.
ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO JOIN: Mental Health is a matter for everyone connected to us. Encourage/Invite 5-10 friends/family/coworkers to join us. Being mentally healthy promotes positive relationships. Let’s learn & grow together!
