In photography, the ‘Golden Hour’ is the period of daytime shortly after sunrise or before sunset, during which daylight is redder and softer than when the sun is higher in the sky.

Also referred to as the ‘Magic Hour’ in the day when people venture outside and take the best Instagram selfies 📸

This is because the ‘Golden Hour’ is the period of time the colour of the sky goes from red and orange to yellow or, as its name suggests, golden tones, having a warm colour temperature. Lighting is soft, diffused and with little contrast, since the sun is low in the sky.

I mean …. Wow! Just wow!…..

This has inspired me to create the ‘Golden Hour’

As an evolvement of the above room, I began looking more deeply in how we take of ourselves completely on an holistic level.

This brought me to studying the Gateways in Queen Afua’s book called ‘Sacred Woman’ a guide to healing feminine Body, Mind and Sprit.

And I create the ‘Sacred Womens Circle’ which is series of 13 workshops covering important topics such as:

- Womb Healing
- Feminine Finance
- Toxic Femininity
- Food as Medicine
- Motherhood
- Sacred Movement
- Embracing Your Shadow

These and so many more potent topics to bring you back to your feminine power, sovereignty and freedom.

I will be collaborating with my daughter to bring these workshops to you.

We have worked together and apart to heal generational wounds and this has lead us on the path to deliver this service of love to all the women who will be attending. There is so much for us to learn cross generationally.

This Sacred Circle will provide a safe container for those who attend to have a transformative experience.
