WRITER ROOMMATES on Clubhouse

Description

The Writer Roommates is a safe shared space on Clubhouse where creativity is inspired, harnessed, shared, supported and celebrated. We meet here Monday through Friday 10 am - 12p EST and write silently for 50 minutes, then reconvene at 10 minutes before the top of the hour to check on each other and offer support and accountability to stay focused and on task. The second session runs on Tuesday & Thursday’s from 12 p - 2 p EST, where we create an atmosphere for creatives to share processes, techniques, writer app recommendations, and friendly advice from peers to help overcome writing challenges. HOUSE RULES:

1. ROOM TEMPERATURE: Be respectful and courteous to all, at all times.

2. The WELCOME MAT: Common rooms are available to all. Invites welcomed to whoever cares to participate or prefer to write in the listening lounge.

3. The KEYS TO THE HOUSE ain’t for everyone! MODERATOR status should only be granted to members who attend regularly for 30 days.

4. SAVE SOME HOT WATER! Share the floor and be respectful of everyone’s time to share

5. DECO & DESIGN: There’s space for all! We have differences of opinions and that’s good. Let’s be respectful about it. Open minds. Embrace diversity. Respect all Genres. One LOVE

6. LABELED FOOD IN THE FRIDGE: Don’t take what you didn’t bring! We are creatives and share many ideas. Be inspired by what you hear, but Please don’t take anyone’s intellectual properties to pass off as your own.
