Know your silverware: If you do expect to go to a fine dining restaurant, familiarize yourself with a formal silverware layout before you go to dinner.
Keep Your Menu on the Table: When perusing the menu at a fine dining restaurant, keep your menu touching the table at all times. Most people keep the base of the menu touching the table while they read.
Don’t Overshare: You never want to overshare anything that would be considered “inappropriate” while fine dining
