𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐌𝐚𝐧 is a community of men & fathers devoted to self-awareness, understanding, healing, and growth.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐯𝐞 (our Men's Group) is a safe place, but not a place to hide and avoid yourself. We support, learn from each other on a deep level of connection, and huMANize the male experience. 𝐃𝐌 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬.

The community was established to facilitate 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 and 𝐯𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 discussions in a supportive, safe space (𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐯𝐞), so that men can be seen, felt, and heard, and to 𝐡𝐮𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

We 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 each other to move through pain, grow through shame and 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 for each other during the experience of growth and healing.

It’s a space where men can feel 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 & 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 on their journey towards a new, improved and balanced masculinity within themselves.
Honesty & Respect: Be honest, and treat the honesty of others with respect.
Curiosity - No judgement: This is a place free from judgement. When we’re curious about another’s process or being, to learn, we are less judgemental.
Ask before giving advice: Ask for permission to provide advice. We’re here to be seen, felt and heard for our own experience of being a man - no one needs to be fixed.
