🎤Weekly:「高興的健身房」每週二美西時間晚上7:30｜美東時間晚上10:30｜中國時間週三上午10:30｜限時1小時和來自🇺🇸🇨🇦🇬🇧🇦🇺🇹🇼🇨🇳的運動愛好者一起分享
🎤Monthly:「健身健心專家講座」每個月第2個星期一美西時間下午6點｜美東時間晚上9點｜中國時間星期二早上9點｜限時90分鐘專題內容講座。 舉重#力量訓練#減脂增肌#健美比賽#戶外#攀岩#滑雪#爬山#耐力有氧#游泳#騎車#跑步#鐵人三項#運動傷痛康復訓練
