Mental Movements is a space to explore ideas, vulnerabilities and strengths. We promote and provide a safe environment for mental health empowerment, education, and awareness. In addition, we discuss topics on various relationship statuses and therapeutic strategies in all areas of life.

Rule #3 This is not Therapy: ❤️ We promote and encourage Therapy/Counseling. Therapy provides you intimate setting and extended time which Clubhouse is not designed for. Please feel free to follow & book moderators for sessions.
