This mastermind group was created by Holly Maxwell Boydell as a place to receive inspiration and motivation to live our best lives and to increase our effectiveness in the work that we do.

Leadership, Personal Development and Business Development are the key areas of focus and the community is international.

We lead by example and we lift as we climb.

Recognising that each person is a Learner and we are all on our own journeys, as learners and as teachers of one another, we demonstrate respect and mindful awareness of each person's rights.

No bullying, hate speech or inflammatory or negative statements of any type are tolerated.

We practise mindful awareness of our place as leaders and influencers in the internet sphere and we seek to learn and to grow, even from our own and others' mistakes.

We look to the best examples for guidance and we do our best to emulate the effective, empathetic and compassionate leaders of the world, in all spheres and types of work and life.

This is an inclusive space, where we aim to place LOVE and CONNECTION as prerequisites at the table of our joint alliance as people intent on lifting the standards of our lives, making an impact on the lives of others in positive and life-enhancing ways.

Our aim is to look back and say "I learnt well. I lifted as I climbed. I practised love on the Journey" and to always look out for the other person who might need a hand on his / her path.

This is a mastermind group, facilitated by Holly Maxwell Boydell, where we each contribute our expertise and experience to best help one another to succeed.

No egos are allowed in this group ... they are left at the door.

This is a safe space for men and for women, of all ages and at any stage in their journey. The only prerequisite is the willingness to learn and to grow into better versions of ourselves and, where we have businesses, to have them act as the best vehicles we can create to bring value to others.

NO sharing of links is allowed, other than those generated by the person who created the group and the Admin team.

NO touting for business in the conversations.

NO poaching of members for other groups.
