UNIO is an exciting new company created in 2021 by veteran game developers. Tony Harman, CEO, led business development at Nintendo of America for a decade, and then created Grand Theft Auto as president of DMA Design. Wyeth Ridgway, CTO, has designed and developed over 50 games for major licenses including South Park, Pirates of the Caribbean, MLB, Spiderman, Smurfs, Avatar: The Last Airbender and many more. Advisor Brian Hodous was CCO of Activision for a decade, and helped launch Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, Destiny and many others. Backed by a team of world class game developers, Random Games offers a unique combination of innovation, agility and experience.

Our goal is to improve the relationship between game developers and gamers. Currently, only 20% of every dollar spent by gamers makes its way to game developers, with the rest lost to middlemen, platform fees, license fees, and user acquisition spends.

We envision a very different future, where 90% of the money a game earns finds its way to the game developers who created it, resulting in better opportunities for game developers and better games for gamers.

The UNIOVERSE is a game-first, community-owned franchise created by some of the foremost industry leaders in games, art, and storytelling.

Much like World of Warcraft and League of Legends, this franchise begins with AAA games, but expands to includes comics, novels, video shorts and eventually TV and film. Our goal is developing value through as many avenues as possible, working with the best talent available.
