The BNIC4RBD on Clubhouse

Description

We are The Black Nationalists Investment Clubs for Rebuilding Black Detroit LLC (The BNIC4RBD), an acquisition and redevelopment real estate company that will begin redeveloping properties in the hardest hit neighborhoods in Detroit using a proprietary "closed sales system", where the system identifies the appropriate properties and we pre-sale them twice using a contingent purchase agreement.

The BNIC4RBD (which is a series LLC) is also a Parent Investment Club (PIC) that can legally create an unlimited number of subsidiary LLCs that we call Series Investment Clubs (SICs). Each SIC has no more than 10 members and there are no fees to join or create your own SIC. Each SIC becomes part of a network of investment clubs that we call a "Closed Private Crowdfunding Network". This is a new type of legal structure we are creating that will allow like-minded people to practice cooperative group economics (aka crowdfunding)on steroids with little if any oversight by the SEC.

We have three criteria to join one of our Series Investment Clubs:

1. You have to be invited by someone who is already a member (invitation only). If you him this clubhouse club, then you will satisfy this criteria.

2. You must self identify as a Black Nationalist, which we define as ANYONE who supports the Black community to become self-sufficient, self-reliant, and self-determinant, as expressed by their behavior, actions, and words, regardless of their skin color, so-called race, religion, sexuality, gender, or political affiliation. So based on that definition, if you're not a Black Nationalists, then what are you?

3. You must invest at least $120/year through your investment club. That's $10/month.

We have not launched our investment clubs yet as there are some pre-launch activities and costs that must be taken care of first. So join the club to find out what we are doing and provide input into what we're doing. Our investment clubs are the first piece of a 1,000-piece puzzle.
