Facing Internal "Dragons" on Clubhouse

Description

We have subconscious patterns that are tied to our actions and reactions to situations in our lives that can keep us "stuck" or trapped in the "rabbit hole". We can attribute these patterns to conditioning caused by generational trauma among other negative influences that we internalize or "take ownership" of because we feel we are undeserving or unworthy of anything better. Until we make the unconscious "conscious" it will direct our lives and we will call it fate. Regardless of whatever background we come from or whatever traumatic event we have experienced we have a choice to "live" in those emotional states or we can choose to break our focus on it.
I have created a safe, sacred space for us to do the internal work necessary to come face to face with internal challenges and "dragons", to rise above these difficulties and qualify to lead others to do the same! ASSESS, ADDRESS, ADJUST!!
