It was first established in September 2007 by a handful of Fulbright and Humphrey program alumni as a community of all past and current alumni of U.S. government-funded scholarship and exchange programs. It has grown into a dynamic professional network of more than 2000 Mongolian alumni of various long-term and short-term scholarship and exchange programs funded by the U.S. Government.
MASA believes that an experience is twice as valuable when shared with others and even more when harnessed for the community's betterment.
