Description
“Story is King” is an adage heard in all the best writing rooms. It means that story above all else is what matters. Before you pitch an idea for a scene you better understand how it moves the STORY forward. Learning the difference between story and writing was one of the hardest barriers for me as a screenwriter but the most crucial. I’d love to share some of the helpful tips I’ve discovered along the way through different discussions on what structure actually is.
