Mending Thoughts Tanzania is an initiative to bring mental health awareness, knowledge, information and advice closer to Swahili speaking communities by utilising the power of social media and the internet.
We team up with professionals ( psychologists, psychiatrists and mentors ) to create rooms that bring value and meaning to people's lives.
