We are in trying times and Our mental health is at its most vulnerable, support networks may be limited and maybe nobody understands what you are going through. You are not alone.
We have created a safe space where you can speak to peers who have gone through some of the things that you currently face. We hope to provide solutions and if not , just be a place where you can vent.
Join Us weekly for interactive sessions including Games nights and In depth Convos.
