I am called to serve the sandwich generation. The is the group of people responsible for raising their own children and taking care of their parents due to illness or the aging process dog 🐶 👶🏻👩🏾🤝👨🏻🍞🤷🏻♀️🍞👴🏽👵🏼👨🏻🦲. Often time these men or women, (ages 35-50) are so overwhelmed with being caregivers, they neglect themselves.
