Trigger warning! Sometimes just the words Dissociative Identity Disorder can be a trigger. If you’re feeling frightened or uncomfortable, do what is best for you and your system. We’ve created this club for those who live with DID, formally known as multiple personality disorder. It’s a safe space for alters, littles, friends, loved ones, therapists, family, and of course, anyone fronting. DID systems lead secret lives, and it can be isolating. This community is for us. I’ve seen the statistic that claims one percent of the population lives with DID. You are not alone. Pull up a cozy chair, you’re welcome here.
