Summary: A club for physicians, healthcare professionals, medical students and other professionals, to learn about wellness and well-being principles and how they can employ them to thrive in their work places and lives in general.

Many different industries, particularly professional sports and business, have integrated the principles and skills of human high performance in order to allow individuals to pursue their best 🌟
These skills include mindfulness, mindset training, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and recovery principles and are essential for humans to be able to perform at their best in all aspects of life 🧘🏼♂️😴🥝🫐🏃🏻
These skills have not yet been widely adopted into the healthcare system. As a result, we are not able to promote health and wellness for patients and their healthcare providers to the greatest possible extent and are facing an ever-increasing problem with provider burnout 🔥😞
By integrating these principles into the healthcare system, we can promote health, wellness, and high performance as well as decrease provider burnout. Join us to learn more! 📚🤓

Members of High-Performing Physician can start rooms at any time throughout the club except when we have our weekly / fortnightly meeting.
