🌹💖💐It is exploring healing modalities, sharing experiences, finding ways of opening to, understanding and working with the magic of the Universe💫✨🌿

⛰🌠🚀Choose Rising is about making the choice to keep following your path forward and upward, sometimes that's incremental, sometimes it's in quantum leaps, and it's about the helpful friends and championing messages that lift us up together. Sometimes it's about recognising the need to pause on the way or recognising that the ground can slip beneath us whilst we find new solid ground to raise ourselves up from. It is about releasing burdens and baggage that no longer serve us and making new connections where we can support and be supported to rise together💖
