For years, Indic intellectuals have lamented about how our academia, media and cultural narratives have remained loyal to the erstwhile colonialists, who had to leave before they could complete their mission.

Our literature and folklore were tampered with, our children taught to believe their mother land is inferior, plagued with social evils and poverty. That our faith, customs & traditions were regressive and sub par. Many who still worked for their white masters, rewrote history, painting our heroes as weak and defeated.

The time for laments and condemnation are long past. Each one of us, needs to correct this narrative starting today.

Vaastav endeavours to reveal truth, correct falsehoods and inform it's audience about this glorious country of ours. History, culture, philosophy, customs and other topics will find a voice here, through multitudes of committed individuals who pursue truth and dharma.
