BE RESPECTFUL: Everyone has a right to their feelings when it comes to race because of their experience(s).
THIS IS A SAFE SPACE: In order to make change, there has to be transparency and honestly in the conversations had. There is no judgement, criticism, or derogatory remarks allowed.
RESPECTFUL TOPICS: Being Black is hard enough! Let’s keep topics of conversation non-offensive, but creatively honest about the dialogue that will take place (see rule 1 & 2).
