Intersectionality or nothing at all: Let’s offer solutions on the current issues that we are facing in the spaces that we are in from an intersectional lens. Let’s lead in implementing those solutions.
Listen and learn : We have a diverse group of servant leaders from various backgrounds. Let’s be respectful and learn from other communities. Mute your mic when you’re not speaking and let’s not speak over each other.
Self-care is important : Being a servant leader can be emotionally and mentally taxing, this is also a safe space to help each other with coping mechanisms and support each other.
