We host meaningful conversations about earning a living as a creator. This is a space for the ConvertKit community of creators - writers, podcasters, musicians, YouTubers, photographers, coaches, designers, filmmakers, athletes, chefs, and artists - to come together.
We welcome and support all creators: We build a welcoming community and create a sense of belonging for all creators. Creative potential is an infinite pie, so we work to lift each other up and root each other on.
We default to generosity: Start by assuming the best intentions. Ask open questions that build shared understanding. Ask what you can give before asking what you can get. Build bridges, not moats.
We speak up against hate, bullying, and bigotry : Black Lives Matter. We have zero tolerance for racism, sexism, classism, and other forms of hate, bigotry, bullying and misinformation. Only people who make others feel unwelcome are not welcome.
