👋🏻 Welcome to The Olive Tree Project's Club!

🌱 Here we have talks around sustainability and the environment. Topics include reforestation, permaculture, agritech, and the current environmental emergency situation in Southern Italy.

🌳 The Olive Tree Project is a nonprofit organization founded in Puglia in 2021. We are combating desertification and helping local communities by regenerating the local forests, raising awareness and education. We also develop creative projects with artist and design studios to repurpose the dried olive wood affected by the Xylella Fastidiosa plant pathogen.

🌎 We are part of local and international networks who share a common desire to protect our planet and create sustainable solutions. We love to connect with specialists, creatives and individuals who are interested in these topics, as well as other nonprofit organizations and tech startups with agritech applications.
