Hello my name is Temple, I married a man with schizo-effected bipolar 1.
Neither of us knew that when we met or got married. 😳

I want to share what we went through in the past 12 years in hopes of helping other couples living with bipolar will have less of a struggle. 🤓👍

I want to hear your stories so we as a group can help in the healing process. 🧡

I am not a therapist. All guidance or advice that I share comes from my own research, my intuition and from my own lived experience.

I am very energy sensitive as many of us are so we will be talking about the spiritual meaning of all of this and I will share my intuitive insights as they come. Paired with some science and nutrition and other theories. 💥
