These lectures are useful for all dimensions of well-being: physical, emotional, social and spiritual. The lectures are designed to help people struggling with daily stress, as well as, those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, personality disorders, trauma, anger, and sleep problems.
Evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy , twelve-step program, mindfulness and meditative technique will be incorporated in these sessions. Spiritual concepts, philosophical systems, holistic health techniques and ancient wisdom will also be incorporated.
