Discussion 1: The session of a discussion would be assigned before hand. Extra time of 15 minutes would be assigned and the moderator would have sole power to continue or end the discussion.
Discussion 2: Everyone will be given time to give their opinion and that time will be assigned by the moderator. Member must not overlap the moderator or else the member would be sent away to the audience.
