Team change is inevitable- so how do we get good at it? As our companies evolve, some teams split in half while others merge together. Sometimes we start temporary teams that we later dissolve. It only takes the addition or departure of one person to have a new team system. And have you heard of forming, storming, norming, and performing? That model is flawed because it forgets the phase of stagnating where you’re bored to death because your team has remained together for too long. This is a club for discussing concepts like these and others from the book Dynamic Reteaming, The Art and Wisdom of Changing Teams by Heidi Helfand. Second edition published by O’Reilly in 2020.
