Organizations have many faces. They are vehicles for strategy execution. But they are also bundles of messy relationships. They provide structure, but they are at the same time boiling with informalities and emotion. They are supposed to be logical answers to business problems, but they are often platforms for human needs. This club is about how we can combine the need for efficiency with the need for experience. By becoming radically human, organizations will be more effective and sustainable. Let’s not forget that in the end organizations are made by people to create value for people.
