“Epi dats et.”, meaning “and then, that’s it”, is inspired by Epis, a base seasoning used in most Haitian cuisine. Just like epis, as a member of the diaspora, I like to think that our people and culture have added the flavor to many things we know and love. The conversations in this club will explore topics at the intersection of food, faith, and culture across the African Diaspora.
