Theory of Constraints on Clubhouse

Description

The Theory of Constraints (TOC) is a methodology for identifying the most important limiting factor (i.e. constraint) that stands in the way of achieving a goal, and then systematically improving that constraint until it is no longer the limiting factor. The methodology was developed by Eliyahu M. Goldratt, and has proven incredible results in business, relationships, and other areas of life. This group is a place where you can share insights you have learned from reading any of Mr. Goldratt’s work or working with implementation of TOC, or to ask questions to help you uncover the constraints in your business of life, and how you can work on solving them.
