Here we aim for a higher state of consciousness, to be no longer are subject to the feelings and thoughts that make up character. Instead one is able to arrange our feelings with thoughts to manipulate our character to excel in any social constructs and environment. The ability to understand there is no solid I, rather I am just happening with fluid I which changes to suit its environment based on conscience and subconscious memories (which are the pillars of your character). Once a person is able to understand that they don’t have to act on those pillars of character and they’re are able to choose and freely adapt their character. that person has now opened a higher state of consciousness.

Let go of all the stories you tell yourself about yourself. Whether good or bad. Set yourself free.
Listen : In an argument, you already know your opinion. So the only way to grow from that conversation is to understand the another’s perspective.
All perspectives are valid : There is an infinite amount of perspective. Each valid from there standpoint. You don’t have to agree but it is nevertheless their reality.
Manners and respect.: All communications will be had with manners and respect. The measuring rod of both will be that of the moderators.
