🏗In our room, learn to be a general contractor, whether it’s for a career or just to build your own projects.

🛠Join and learn all things construction. Our primary focus is to teach construction to people who have little to no experience but want to learn everything start to finish.

🤑We are not selling anything here...no coaching, consulting, courses, seminars or anything else.

🔧You should join if you are (in no particular order):

- Interested in learning the profession of general contracting
- A property owner who wants to hire contractor for a new construction or renovation project but don’t want to be at their mercy to know whether or not the project is going well (and able to course correct it if not)
- The same as above, but you want to cut out the middle man altogether and be your own contractor
- Are a real estate investor or broker who wants to learn the mechanics and financials of construction projects in order asses projects/properties from a pricing perspective in order to gauge the right purchase price/not overpay.
- A construction professional who can provide insight, add value, or wants to learn about a specific component of construction in which you may not be well versed.
- Or if you’ve just been watching too much Property Brothers/Hometown/HGTV in general and you’re ready to try your own DIY reno/flip, don’t know have the skill but need them.

🪚Learning construction doesn’t happen overnight, so keep in mind, that to get to a point where you will be comfortable enough contracting - be it as a career professional or on your own project(s) - you will need to actively and continually join for room chats (as well as tap other sources) to grow, learn and develop a strong command of building. We are NOT teaching you to get rich or promising any overnight or 10 step strategies for success. We will teach you construction - it’s yours to make something out of it if you so choose.

🤔While we enjoy philosophical discussions and opinion based topics as much anyone else, you will find very little of that in this room, as our goal is to provide substantive information about construction & contracting - not cryptocurrencies or anything else.
