Description
Dravidian nationalism, or Dravidianism, developed in Madras Presidency which comprises of four major ethno-linguistic groups. This idea was popularized during the 1930s to 1950s by a series of small movements and organizations that stood for rationalism.
Tamilnadu has grown so much because of the contributions by Dravidian politicians and politicians like Kamarajar. From historical reforms to many self respect movements, Dravidian parties have transformed Tamilnadu into a developed state.
