In the Cartoonists Club we talk about the things that cartoonists love to talk about.

🖌 We talk about the art and business of cartooning. We talk about cartoonists in animation, advertising, comics, illustration, books, magazine gag cartoonists, syndicated cartoonists and political cartoonists.

🖊 We talk about how to make a living in our profession these days. We discuss the issues facing cartoonists; transitioning from print and promoting ourselves. We talk about the cartoons and cartoonists who we respect and we talk about how we do what we do.

🖊 Clubmaster Daryl Cagle runs a syndicate (CagleCartoons.com) that distributes his editorial cartoons, and the cartoons of 70 top political cartoonists, from around the world, to over 700 subscribing, daily newspapers, including over half of America's daily, paid-circulation papers. Daryl worked for twenty years with Jim Henson's Muppets drawing pigs and frogs; he's been an advertising cartoonist and a toy inventor; he's illustrated many books; he's worked in animation and he drew a syndicated newspaper comic panel. Daryl is a past president of the National Cartoonists Society.
