Venture for Africa (VFA) is a fellowship program designed to immerse top global and local talent in the African startup ecosystem.

We enable experienced talent who might be new to the startup space or the particular market they’re looking to enter, to soft-land and gain context while working with a startup that's hiring now.

We created this club as a means to stay even more connected to young professionals keen on taking the leap into working with startups on the continent.

You can expect conversations with previous VFA fellows who’ve successfully made the transition into working with startups, hear from hiring managers at some of the fastest-growing startups on the continent, connect with early-stage founders building their teams, be a part of workshops on how to find startup jobs, sessions on building better profiles for tech jobs, how to interview, and lots more!

Our goal is to provide our members with enough context, skills, insight and the right networks to take advantage of opportunities within Africa’s tech ecosystem!
