Life can be hard. Life with autoimmune disease can be even harder so let’s gather and share our experiences, knowledge, concerns, and questions about living with an autoimmune disease and in the process bringing empowerment 💪🏽 and awareness 📚 to one another.
We will have various rooms covering an array of topics centered around autoimmune diseases and the immune system — diet 🥬, lifestyle🌱, exercise 🚴🏽♀, health 🍵, interpersonal relationships 💜, holistic approaches 👩🏻🌾💉 among many others aiming to create a wide spread support network via Clubhouse worldwide. The aim of the club is to provide support and agency to the autoimmune community, while raising awareness, among the global community 🌍. All are welcome to come and join the conversation. 🤗🏠🌍.
